For admin, you need to read and understand the regulations click to read.
You must vote for the servers periodically and at least before making a request (it takes 3 minutes) click here.
Activity is taken into consideration, therefore if you are accepted you must fulfill a minimum of activity on the forum/server.
Do not make a request if you want admin just to change the map.
If your request has been rejected, you can reapply after at least 1 week.
