To make a request, you must have at least 5 posts.
The stock image is mandatory.
Do not upload images to file hosting sites. Only use sites dedicated to image hosting.
(tinypic.com, imageshack.us, photobucket.com, imgur.com, etc.)
You are allowed to make only one request per week.
If the request is closed by a moderator due to rule violation, you must wait 2 weeks before making another request, otherwise you will receive (another) warning.
Do not make 2 requests in one topic.
Avatar + signature requests are allowed only if the same render is to be used.
Do not bump the request under any circumstances, unless 5 days have passed since the request and you have not received a response.
