Hi Support,
I was just banned for 12 hours for no reason. The player zZens was in front of me; he couldn't eat me because he was stuck and lagging, and he even tried to pick up the lasers. I'm being accused of teaming with zZens and Rio. Rio was eaten right before me and turned into a zombie; he likely went AFK out of frustration after that. You can check the logs to see how often we’ve killed each other, because we do *not* team. I’m being banned for 12 hours without cause because of a player who was glitching out. I was thinking about playing here long-term and inviting friends to the server, but if this is how support handles things, it’s really disappointing... Could you please help us out?

Maybe the 12-hour ban was a bit excessive. I can’t tell exactly what happened from that video alone.
I’d like to remind everyone that teaming between zombies and humans is strictly forbidden on the server. I hope it won’t happen again, if that was indeed the case this time. For now, I’ll remove the bans from all three of you.
