Does that really mean I was teaming? I was not teaming with anyone. Please reconsider my 12-hour ban and, if possible, unban me. If you cannot completely remove the ban, I would at least appreciate it if you could reduce it to 3–6 hours.

I was just banned for 12 hours for no reason. The player zZens was in front of me; he couldn't eat me because he was stuck and lagging, and he even tried to pick up the lasers. I'm being accused of teaming with zZens and Rio. Rio was eaten right before me and turned into a zombie; he likely went AFK out of frustration after that. You can check the logs to see how often we’ve killed each other, because we do *not* team. I’m being banned for 12 hours without cause because of a player who was glitching out. I was thinking about playing here long-term and inviting friends to the server, but if this is how support handles things, it’s really disappointing... Could you please help us out?

    Prima dovada: https://files.catbox.moe/l17pwz.mp4 - primesc SLAY pe regula aceasta:  "Nu aveti voie sa blocati intrarea cu laser cand sunteti infectati apoi sa folositi antidotul [ sanctiune: slay ];", in filmare se vede clar, laserul a fost pus de catre mine INAUNTRU, in asa fel sa nu blocheze intrarea, este laser lung, apoi am plecat sa atac, iar ceilalti jucatori ramanand acolo sa isi dea antidot. Din cauza ca am "blocat" intrarea lor, ei dorind sa isi dea antidot, moderatorul s-a decis sa imi dea slay, pentru ca prietenii lui sa isi poata continua runda ca "humans".
